• Payment information: processed securely by Dodo Payments (we do not store card details)

• Login provider data: if you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name and email address from that provider
• Communications: support tickets and feedback you send us

We also collect data automatically through your use of the platform:

• Device data: hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers

We rely on trusted processors to operate the service, including:

• Dodo Payments - payment processing
• Resend - transactional email delivery
• Google (Gemini AI) - AI-powered sentiment analysis and AI response generation; content you ask us to analyze or generate is processed by Google to provide that analysis
• PostHog - product analytics, if enabled

5. Your Rights

BrandPulse is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
